I have lowered prices significantly as well.In December in the first 15 days have not been that bad as i luckily get last minute reservations the same day.

There is no roof vent in the laundry room.Now my question:  The tenants always complain they have to pay $20 a month in the summer for gas service they aren't using. 

Many of the contacts I get are requesting a meeting to discuss my services.  

FYI I have not work with this guys ever, not sure how good they are, or even if they offer this service in the area.
