Mostly, we don't see the information presented as promised in the marketing collateral, which never seems to effect the reputation of the presenters, because they always seem to be able to maintain good attendances.So let me ask you veteran networking and event attendees; in your opinion, what makes a good seminar or networking event?

The key is to find someone reputable, don't get hung up on the interest rate, which is important, but can be less important than the terms for a short term deal.

It could be that there's a nasty split going on and she's trying to get out of her legal obligation there, and possibly even trying to damage his reputation/credit by sticking him with the bill or getting him evicted.

Random forum postings from general investors will probably not take you very far in improving your understanding of this topic as it pertains to you, and I would recommend you find one or more of the reputable self directed IRA advisory firms here on BP and give them a call.Generally speaking, the IRA or 401k component of the plan stays the same with respect to contributions, distributions, etc.
