@Aaron Millis - Lesson #1 in mortgage stuff is that realtors frequently get it very very wrong.I try to keep my mouth shut about realtor questions and point folks to realtors when it's a realtor thing because it's the same thing... lenders know just enough about realtor stuff to hang ourselves, and realtors know just enough about loan stuff to hang themselves as well.
