We're very happy with the progress we're making.

When I called Progressive, they were able to offer me coverage from two different underwriters and I'm torn on which to go with. 1.

I want to get better about tracking my growth and progression towards my aspirations, but since I have never formally written out my goals before it can be pretty overwhelming if you don't know where to go or how to start. 

Keep taking steps in the right direction no matter how big or small.... progress is progress.

Nobody knows with 100% certainty what the future holds, but investors that are well-capitalized, stick to their buying & tenant screening criteria, manage effectively, and buy in the path of progress are on the road to success regardless of the highs and lows in the market.

So I ordered a background check from RentPrep, and it says "In Progress".

I would highly suggest speaking with a CPA first before progressing too deep into this venture.

The important part is using it every day to track your progress on all your goals. 2.
