The income coming in is just not sufficient to service the debt with out putting a lot of money down but then that presents a huge problem because your capital is earning a lower and lower rate of return (w/ higher down pay).

(if you're getting paid 1099 perhaps you are, and if so you'll need 2 years of this activity to be considered on a conventional loan and by that we mean two years of continuous activity ATLEAST a minimum of 1 year of a tax return that shows sufficient income to qualify as such).Can you qualify for a DSCR loan even if you have the 20% down payment ?
