The reason we do move out inspections without the tenant present is to ensure our safety.

A monthly allowance for every American who makes under a certain threshold—not slot just enough to potentially cover the basics—give all renters rent vouchers that ensure landlords always get paid, nationwide law that evictions can only be for a good reason like criminal activity, risks to safety, damage to the property, national right to counsel for eviction defendants, universal health care, universal college tuition, and make it easier to buy a home.I don’t understand how anyone can be against  those things?

I was looking at Bayonne, Newark etc bc of the price but found some bad articles about safety.. so happy to hear thoughts from those who are not journalist or blogger but really know those places.Any other considerations are more than welcome.Thanks,Adrienn

Being patient and being ready when something decent comes up very important.

Some consideration should be afforded to safety.  

Hopefully eventually I will learn to be patient :).

Save and be patient.

Being patient and building a relationship with these people overtime might result in you gaining their trust and they might just want to sell to you sometime down the road.

Let your cash flow build up, do some side jobs, save, get a partner and buy the next :) It's doable just gotta be patient which is hard.
