The only thing I do regularly for marketing is hand out my business card and maintain my own website with it's own hosting for about $150 a year.Other advertising, mileage, and entertainment costs are variable and are a cost of doing business.I bought a house for myself and got paid for it, advertise homes for others and get paid for it.

1. im not a lawyer2. for national laywer look up KKOS lawers, clint coons online they have various services3. goolge real estate lawyers call about 10 of them4. repeat step 3 for each of the services you mentioned. some will entertain for about 5-10mins others will want a 1hr consulting fee 200.005. find your local REIA clubs and go to as many as you can in 1 month and network and find the service folks you need in a crowd.6.
