Also my company has seen, and other RE folks I talk to have noticed as well, that homes aren't appraising like they were a few months ago.

I do encourage folks looking for a rental to check out profiles on Facebook because so many have these. 

Once they hit MLS you know as well as I do that you will be competing with the folks who just watched some flipping show and think its easy so they overpay.Best of luck. 

Also the early retirement folks that need to survive sans retirement acct access pre-59.5Not sure if this is a soft sell for crummy yawner financial advisor advice from Kyle or not, but RE thankfully has inflation and  cost buffers built in if done right.

I suggest reaching out to some good-on-paper folks who've viewed the unit for feedback on what they didn't like.
