How many units is the multi-unit? 

I don’t personally know anyone who owns any multi.

Deals are out there in both the multi family and fix and flip- you just have to look for them!

In the process of my journey I tried to figure out... how on earth can I actually get that deposit money... for the commercial real estate multi family building... it appeared to me as quiet an impossible task, especially with so much hassle factor in place... to even get the multi family building....I realized that the only way to earn money... is to not just have multiple part time jobs.. but... also know exactly.. the purpose... behind you getting these part time jobs...   

I’m currently in the process of looking at multi families in different areas.My goal is to get to 100 units within the next 7 years and I’m hoping this community can help me get there.

Has anyone had experience with a Boston-region prefab building company for multi-family development?

I am currently looking into the same permits and inspections process for a multi family apartment in wynwood so I would be interested in seeing any of these answers.

I’m ready to buy a small multi-unit or single family home but I need a investor friendly realtor and lender.

When the market was down, I initially preferred to invest in SFRs from the standpoint of having a better exit strategy and because I could buy a SFR for the same unit cost as a unit in a multi family property.
