This proves to be difficult for most people... including me.If your mortgage rate is under 5% it would not be very difficult to find a passive investment vehicle that would have at least a 5% annual return over a 5-10 year period.

Some vehicle where the equity is increased substantially and they grow off of that.Example if someone makes 400k a year and they live off of 50k they still have even with taxes a nice chunk to snowball into real estate.
