I've got a great cleaning lady, but I'm doing all of the laundry as well as communicating with guests, managing the calendar, etc.We're just south of Houston, so stop by some time if you are in town.

Lady with family just got ahold of me about 54 mini storage units in 3 builds on same property.

I met a lady in a facebook group who has been posting articles on her friends facebook page who is a real estate broker, "like 5 things to do to get your house ready to sell", "value of a property inspection before selling your house" 'picking a great agent" and so on.

I got a call from a lady who has a house that's under water, and we struck a price, the contract price is about 70k under what she owes, maybe 20k under market, but the property needs work. 

and if anyone know where i can find a PRE foreclosure list or if that even exist. when i asked the lady for one she didnt know what i was talking about.. someone please help me...and feedback will help

All three are ladies in their mid 60s.

The old lady would kill me if I told her we were moving to a two bedroom apartment.

I'm a girl (ok, ahem, an over 45 southern lady with long hair & fingernails) and still gotten my kiddos & me to learn how to do a lot from the Internet & TV shows that do house flips & stuff like that.
