Of course how do I find out when & where these will be held?!

I held my real estate license for 4 years from 2008 - 2012 working with a large REO agent.

Otherwise, if they don't agree they are late, the judge sets a trial date.  100% of the cases we observed did not have a trial date set because one of the two other scenarios held true.

He fixed and held on to them and has a very well thought out escape plan.  

One, you won't be held ransom by your bookkeeper if they know you can do their job. 

The more people that is held responsible the more you are assured of collecting money owed to you.
