I realized I wanted to do real estate a couple of months after I graduated but never had a mentor or anyone close to discuss learning this field . . .

I like cities with years of population growth a good college and multiple employment fields.  

The ability to take a risk seems to be the key to so much success in the field; and if you can make it a calculated one, then you're really playing the game.

To me they are all on the same playing field.
