We see this a lot in the collegiate markets of Chicago.

I have some in the stock market and a HYSA, i've always wanted to own real estate investments as another way to build wealth. 

They are a big group and people I spoke with did say they have a great reputation, but the northeast mentality of wanting things done yesterday does not work in every market.

It depends on how competitive the market you are in is and if they are doing a BRRRR or flip strategy. 

This is common in the Chicago market.
