From my experience, chain link screams blue collar neighborhood.

@George P. there's a difference between yellow and a lighter brown/ sepia tone.  

One thing I do like about commercial sheets is ours come pre-washed so no washing once they arrive and a huge thing is that commercial sheets have a tracer thread woven into the hem to quickly identify sheet size (i.e. blue thread = king, green = queen, etc.) so the housekeepers know what they have in their hands but more importantly for the staff sorting sheets when they are laundered.

And as @Henry T. said, being in a Blue state will compound this and many other issues....Note that ESAs and Service Animals are two completely different things. 

This has made the blue collar workforce demographic even stronger.

Nearby Blue Ridge seems to be getting more attention, but Ellijay looks a little more affordable (for the moment).Typing into AirDNA the address I'm looking at gives an estimate of $72k revenue, with 72% occupancy rate. 

What areas would you recommend for the best occupancy and ADR and stats out of Blue Ridge,GA.
