We are just partial to Palm Bay Area.It’s been about 4 weeks and waiting to receive addresses to choose from.The homes in Poinciana seemed to have more eye candy ,recessed lighted ceilings in the master and fixtures were of fancier style than Palm Bay Area homes2 different builders of course but Palm Bay is close to beaches the other cities are 45 minute to an hour drive.

However, it does not mean that you cannot renegotiate the price based on the amount you think it will cost to repair the items that were brought to light by the inspection.
