After a more careful review of the PMA I do see a line item that references termination of either party.

It is sad to see that these (new)wholesalers are not understanding that they need more into and disclosures to do a legit business better than they learn in these so called "courses". 

I call them poor RE purchase but I learned a lot from the first one, the 2nd I live in.
