Alberto Camacho Etiquette when working with multiple RE agents
25 January 2015 | 4 replies
Fishing with Realtors isn't a good thing, especially if they think you're working with them and they begin doing things for you.I don't care for the idea of just cold calling the Board of Realtors list. It's pretty easy to find the more popular, more successful agents, just look at the listings and sales. Now, you can call and introduce yourself, the mission here is to let them know you're an investor, what you are looking for in general and that you're a willing and able buyer.BTW, if you're not able to buy, have qualifying credit, reserves and can blast through the lending process (or pay cash), then don't read further.
Mark S. Missing Garage Doors?
5 January 2018 | 49 replies
Putting it all in is basic handyman work, should cost you maybe a hundred each in any market in the USA.The slope on the garage floor is right for an external carport, the epoxy coating doesn't look like something that will react badly to UV exposure like the popular Rust-oleum RockSolid flooring kits, the light fixture looks rated for external use, but I'd still put those doors in within a month or two. You're doing good, Mark.
