at least the character piece can be updated with the times.i'm leaning towards warmer 3000k in all rooms except the kitchen and bathrooms. i'll probably go cooler there.  

My repairs would be swapping the bedrooms to the other side of the basement and adding egress windows and making the 1.5 bathroom a full one.

I'm currently flipping a smaller 2/1. It currently is a Jack/Jill set up. I was planning on walling off one bedroom and building a hallway. So master has access and guests have access without walking through a bedroom...
