One unit has heat runs for the common area and pays for the gas for the common dryer and hot water for the washer, so I think this was why they set it up like that initially)Future projects include making one of my one bedrooms into a 2 bedroom to generate higher rent- just needs a door and a closet.

To me, this means better market conditions for the individual investor.We will likely see a slow down in the explosive appreciation we've seen the last couple years, but its still a hot market.

The good news is that a lot of the 'not-so-hot' providers that gave turnkeys a bit of a bad name are mostly either out of business now or they changed their models and do something different now.

I had been under the impression (on my own) that 200 Amp was typically in bigger homes and really not necessary unless you started running hot tubs and things of that nature.

In this case you buy at 1% and things catch up to you on both ends in a hot market.Having said that are you just buying these properties no money down to preserve cash or do you not have much money?
