That might help rent increases as that inventory burns off.

Also, private lenders will be happy to give you funds for small rehabs and that will help you build a portfolio of rehabs so that they feel comfortable to fund larger rehabs for you in the future.We're a private lender, if you have any further questions I'll be more than happy to help you with those.Regards,Jackson

You can do this with a soft pull and get 90% of the info that you need.

We value constructive criticism as it helps us grow, add features, and enhance the user experience.That said, your multiple posts criticizing companies and their leadership aren't in line with the kind of partnership we're seeking.

But the main reason I came back after the app was eliminated was to simply help people not make the same mistakes I did.It would be cool to somehow improve my knowledge, networking etc thogh.
