In this example, my monthly payments would get lower and lower, instead of being the same throughout the life of the loan. 

My opinion has changed with my age and stage in life.  

. #2, the work-life balance is great and I technically only work half the year and while at work I have a ton of down time.

I haven’t even mentioned when huge influxes of people come to Vegas for events like life is beautiful (downtown), EDC( up north, so I’m closer then any strip hotel).

Life is a financial struggle and I am doing fine as long as I live below my means.
