In stocks, it could if you purchase on margin or need access to the cash...in real estate, provided you have the tenants, you experience minimal pain. 

Hi all,I am a student of the residential real estate industry conducting some research on the biggest pains involved with real estate agents.

@Tanner Marsey, @Ryan Huggins is painfully right. 

Warranties can be a pain with some companies.  

Because of wasting money on contractors who didn't do things right and having to redo them - I make about 9% cash on cash at this house now but it was painful and my husband thought I was completely nuts.

But, when another 2008 comes, the banks will start foreclosing and most likely start using the do on sale clause to take properties, which they can do legally and painfully.

It’ll be a big pain in the @$$ but if you’re up for it you can set yourself for a nice financial future. 

I still have my health, I am 21 and I have time to make it up.
