1.)The areas I see that are having the most rapid growth in terms of a buy and hold are neighborhoods like Brewerytown, Strawberry mansion, Olney and Germantown.

I think compared to other "second tier" cities it is probably up there as far as population & job growth, economic mobility, etc.

Condos prices have gained significantly in the last 4 years.. it's hard to say if we will see similar growth.. but then again in some pockets I saw 10% appreciation in 10 days.. 

As soon as we take our eyes off the task, some one is trying to trick us.

No need to bill for such a simple task, in my opinion. 

That being said, if you can find a deal there, I wouldn't pass it up. nice town with steady, promising growth. 

This would by far be our largest client and would heavily influence the growth of our business.

Slow gradual growth is better than money overnight. 2.
