Specifically, have you explicitly informed the seller that you are wholesaling? 

I just want to have all information down before going through with this. 

Unfortunately the things that Lonnie did back in his day were great money makers but have been all but made obsolete in this under the microscope predatory lending world that we live in.

Hence the reason....but the risks I took were calculated....based on the information provided by the GP's. 

If they are related the same ownership/umbrella as Specialized in DFW, you can expect:Pros:-  Really great online portal.  

Its easier to do it like you say, look the other way and hope... but it may be better since they are great tennants.
