For example to become a licensed broker where I operate (Ohio) you need to go through government background checks, have worked in real estate as a sales agent under another broker for at least 2 years, have a college degree, have a physical store front with office hours, have done at least 40 transactions and much more that I can't think of off the top of my head right now.

I have been reading a ton of books, taken an excellent course on real estate investing at UNC Chapel Hill and been following the BP Podcast for some time.I expect to make my first investment in 2020 as I have managed to save up a bit of cash here while taking my masters degree in Business Analytics here in Barcelona, Spain.My plan has been to start investing after July 2020 as I expected to return to Denmark and thus be on ground making it easier to invest.

With the sun out, and it rising close to 40 degrees it's melting but not able to flow through the gutters.I have some sort of plastic / vinyl material for my soffit and it appears that water is leaking and traveling across the soffit until it hits the outside wall of the home.
