The renter criteria I used initially was as follows:*Min. 3x rent multiplier *Credit score of over 650+*Small dogs and cats are ok*No smoking *No criminal record & eviction history*The first step was to take really good pictures and write a nice and detailed description and list the unit on Zillow Rental Manager and FB Marketplace.

The only reason I did so earlier is because I believe it's much easier for a Singaporean to operate in that geographic region than, say, jumping to the US market.

This is not a perfect method, but I've found some great contractors via Nextdoor and local FB groups... in fact, I found my "go-to" contractor through the latter after posting a job description with photo.
