If the SDIRA is with a custodian, they will sign the papers and can help you with understanding how to provide them with what they need.If you have a Checkbook IRA LLC, then you as the manager of the LLC can execute the contracts.This would not be the case if you are a licensed realtor in the state of Texas, however.

@Jeff Howard You'll also want to ensure you have thorough knowledge of each market you invest in to avoid being duped (ie, buying a property in a bad area, knowing how much rents are in each neighborhood, knowing the good & bad traits of each neighborhood, etc) so I would strongly recommend becoming an expert in each market one by one rather than spreading yourself too thin.
