Congrats on your life long success.Thanks for the kind words....Well, yes, I am glad you asked that question, in fact with the most recent development that made medical history, I am honored to say YES, I did go through, even at age 73, the not so painful process of cloning.When  I started in this business, the most exciting electronic device I purchased when they came popular is a pager, I had to use pay phones and actually mail letters, look up property owners in person at the court house, go to the copy center, and drop off film at the local photo-mat and wait a week to get my pictures.

I am actually out of Houston.We are super excited to have you apart of the BP family now!

Plus, it's great to take nice travel photos as well.

The plan that I have worked out for financing, etc requires me to leave my current position and start this RE venture full time, so there is some hesitation, but I think with my heavily researched plan of attack, I am becoming more comfortable and excited about the idea. 

The numbers game it provides is very intriguing for me, and the opportunity for growth excites me.

He mentioned, the cost of VA to pull 1,0000 records was $97 and he is very excited about the list he got.
