Hey Illya, totally can relate with you being from an expensive real estate market - I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio.

Demand is growing a bit and I think there is still a little room to go, but as I mentioned before there are a handful of big players in the market and they have a good handle on the deal flow. 

Nobody ever answers the numbers listed on their website and of course he doesn't answer his cell phone.This is suprising to us because Mario is very nice on the phone.
