Ours has a large ongoing network of GPs and LP (lower price), that enhance the value as there is tremendous interaction and mind-share among the members.  

Additionally, she is used to the lifestyle that my dad used to provide while he was still working and she currently spends about $6000-8000/mo (a lot of which is also medical expenses for chronic conditions), so she withdraws from the stock portfolios to supplement current spending.

We have been considering maybe not this next house but the following - finding a large house with maybe 4 or 5 large rooms and creating a targeted STR that focuses on each room having a complete office/bedroom set up for the people who are living this lifestyle.

This was viewed as a lifestyle asset that can cover its cost with STR.

We want to travel and still be able to maintain a decent lifestyle (I like new vehicles :) ).

I enjoy my job well enough, however, do see a day when I'd like to leave corporate America for a much more free lifestyle.

I'm coming to bigger pockets to create a better lifestyle for me and my family through real estate investing.

Long term goal is to acquire enough properties to sustain my lifestyle upon retirement from firefighting, which is just 10 short years away.Please help.
