I have attempted using more than one site to market the same property, however you have to be very careful that your calendars sync so you don't double book. 

On the partner note - find someone already doing it and endeavor to get involved.

After exhausting attempts to resolve the matter amicably, it has become apparent that I need legal assistance to navigate the eviction process.I'm looking to potentially retain any law services or eviction representation.

Generally, when I have issues in multi-way partnerships, I attempt to address it with the party before lawyering up, as there's usually a good chance there's a legitimate misunderstanding or lack of information.

This is my first attempt at a multi-unit.
