With increasing bank scams, it is no longer safe to park all your money in banks.

Because it takes repetition for people to remember things and you have to be top-of-mind when they encounter a potential client for you!

There are many many people who learned too late that this is a scam.

Of course, we never lease for more than one month, so we don't encounter this (I've had two landlord tenant specializing attorneys tell me that in the 25+ years they've been practicing they've YET to see a landlord benefit from a lease of more than month to month, and I wholeheartedly and unreservedly agree after 13 years trying both.)

I'm just new at all this and worried about getting scammed.

If you encounter a combative tenant or property in bad condition, it may be necessary to wait for showings until the current tenant moves out.

I don't know where they can get such a policy, I don't know if rental policies allow for it or if you have to get an umbrella liability policy, but I want to know if the house is jacked up that I'm going to be able to fix it.I'm tired of the people scamming to get out of pet deposits by having the fake emotional support animal papers that they can get online after a paying for a one hour consultation with an internet doctor.

Do people still do this or is it more of a scam?

Could also be someone trying to get information to determine if you're a good target for a scam.
