DOes the tail wag the dog?

In one of my nicer houses their dog has done some damage to the floor and I dread having to fix this when they leave.

I don't remember anything this awesome back in 2003 when I was learning the real estate industry.I was working as a bird dog and learning wholesaling just before the bubble burst.

Are you referring to bird dogs?

Will Sifert Sorry I forgot to mention the dollar amount for leads....If I receive all of the leads and have to qualify them and work with them, I would treat it more like a bird dog instead of a wholesale deal.

They inherited a dog and cat when their kids moved home, so they didn't want to call the landlord because of the pets that were a breach in their lease.

Even an extra pet deposit will never cover the cost pet damages to carpet and padding plus potential liability dog bites.

I dont know your market but if her bottom dollar is 10k for a 23 year old 14x55 home in a dogged out park... she's probably not motivated enough.
