It took Japan over 6 years to launch their economic bailout, while ours is already being implemented, along with many other policy tools that were not available to the bank of Japan.Conclusion 1: Nobody can deny that we are amid a difficult economic slowdown, but it certainly is not another great depression.

Good luck finding a judge who denies that request, good chance of getting 90 days more tenancy especially if tenant can argue there efforts to pay. 90 days pass and, guess what, tenant still won't go.

You could easily deny this additional tenant because it exceeds the amount of reasonable animals that reside in the house and will cause you more maintenance move-out repair headaches.
