What I basically want is ability to have paper/email bill sent to customer with a few clicks.Also I'm looking for a good "small business" accounting solution that would hopefully tie into the invoicing solution.

They alone decided that it was not okay even though the current rules and customs were set up contrary to their beliefs.My point is just because an organization decides on a rule does not mean it's right or that I'm going to respect or follow it, and I don't think that calls my integrity into question.

They suggested I go to a regular bank.I have an account at PNC bank, but they are wrapped around the axle on the fact that I am: 1. participant 2. plan administrator and 3. officer of the sponsoring employer.Because I have no business accounts with them, they think they cannot do the medallion - its only for customers.
