The internet is not where you should be getting financial advice, see your accountant, attorney and insurance agent, those are the key players for financial planning, you might also visit a few Trust Companies and check on admin expenses before you decide what route is best for you and your goals.Good luck !

We were able to push back the closing date and just pushed my final walk-through to make sure the house didn't get damaged and if the seller caused damage then they would pay for damages or I would have the right to back out of the deal.
