I think that would be a good sweet spot to go in do a few minor repairs/refresh then market rent.

Applicants can fill out most of their information ahead of time so that they don't have to do it all on the spot when viewing an apartment or house. 

That is a lot of inventory to absorb.The bright spot is that the local economy is strong and they are seeing job creation.

If spot gold is, say, $900/oz, it will cost you maybe $930 or $940 to buy a gold bullion oz, maybe $960 to buy something like an American Eagle coin.

We're trying to do that, too, but are not in nearly as good a spot as you.

I'd say that there were some study hard spots, but it wasn't difficult.
