I started my coursework August 6th, completed it August 23rd, and passed the PA and National exam on the 28th (Note- that was right before they switched from 60 to 75 require class hours).

I can understand the hesitation, but they just need to take a leap of faith that they will find the right house once they have the process completed and their paperwork in hand.  

Imagine your Goal is to find Financial Security (first) and eventually complete Financial Freedom (leave the Corporate gig) and you want to achieve in the next 10 years a monthly net income of 30k monthly, become an expert, and dedicate your professional (and great part of the personal) life to this industry.
