In a lot of other areas of Colorado Springs, that's not a bad price for a 4-plex, but you just can't demand the rents out there.

The are co-ops that allow investors, foreigners, and sublets from day 1 but there's no public source to filter.

While this is fine for a period of time, I would like to figure out a longer term solution.I've thought of getting a co-signer on the mortgage, as well.

This is in violation of Ordinance 08-133 which requires the bank to provide the Certificate of Use inspection report before they are even able to offer the price for sale. 

Do you prefer to coordinate the finished materials being delivered or let them handle that?

It’s for Feb 4th at 7pm at Savannah River Brewing Co if you want to meet people and drink a couple beers and talk real estate.

Also I make them have their parents co-sign if they plan to make monthly payments and are not paying the entire rent for the semester thru a loan.As far as damage goes,  they’re not any worse than my other properties.

Are they always in Colorado?
