I build and race cars when i can but also enjoy supporting my friends and other car enthusiast from minor work to some amazing restorations.

BK attorneys for the borrower have gotten very crafty these days in ways to try to protect their clients and make the note holders very uncomfortable. 

I have recently decided to pursue my interest in real estate in the hopes of generating enough passive income to support myself and future family (soon-to-be DW) without feeling the need for a 9-5.

I have not sold any of these as I am waiting for the market to support new builds.

In essence only offer on what you are comfortable the numbers will support.

I will just keep doing my own investment deals and working with clients one on one.

We have many clients who have plans that allow for this and sometimes the plan owner/trustee will modify the plan or adoption agreement to allow it.
