She has two young children, one of which is on the autism spectrum, so moving twice would be difficult for them.I'd like to help out and purchase a place that they like, and then once they close on their sale, have them purchase the home from me.Market where they want to buy is super hot, so a contingent offer won't work.

This last little area is "16 Tech Innovation District" a $500M development causing area changes quickly.Another Indy development is going to include the Children's Museum and just under $30M there for expansions, but not as ready to go (yet) or in progress as 16 Tech area- worth watching however!

Those 3 RVs are not what a bank is going to want to see so they better be nice looking and have all the trappings of long term with outdoor furniture, etc.11 POH are probably worthless as you need to put more money into them for rehab than they will bring to sell them unless they are 1990s or newer and you can get on with 21st Mortgage at a value of probably $10,000 a piece.Not sure what the stick-built house will rent for since it's inside a trailer park.I'm guessing your first offer would be around $1.2 million.But the big question on the value would be the location.

But possible, also yes.In my eyes, criminal background checks...because I run them...are an implied promise I make to my multi-family tenants that the tenants around them do not have a violent criminal record.There needs to be a line somewhere and since 18 is a legal adult, then 18 is my line also.However, for someone who has already been a good tenant, overall I'd be pretty lenient with the other aspects of the background check for their adult children who are still fairly young and home from college.
