I can't remember if it's cheaper if the payer uses a bank account (ACH), but I don't recall you can limit the choice to just ACH transactions only.

i want to say it's "tiger foam", but not sure if i remember the name correctly or that's one that stuck in my mind because of the websites i visited...the problems with those is that it's two "propane tank like" containers and only spray about 600 sq. ft max. and it costs roughly about $1/sq. ft. i do not know if they still carry it, will have to check the next time i am there..cheaper than the alternative though, which is over $4/sq ft with contractors.

So I decided to make some phone calls to get estimates on the repairs and I find a guy that can do the repairs for over $1000 cheaper than Bob's estimate and I agree to have this maintenance man John do the repairs because it's a lot cheaper than Bob's estimate.Meanwhile, without the property owner's consent or even letting the property manager aware (because later he admits that it's a surprise) Bob decides to rent out Diploma Ave. to another tenant.
