You can can attempt to negotiate something different with the REALTOR, and I highly recommend doing that, but they are under no obligation to change the terms.

They just picked up their first duplex, because it was such a great deal, so maybe they will change their minds in a few years.I think the biggest thing some folks miss out on when starting up, is....just get someone in the place and it cash flowing back to you.
