That's comforting to know as there are some nice properties up and down that area from the airport right up to Target field.

Ideally I would rather not start my rei career with flips, instead I want to buy a duplex w a FHA And live in it.

In my opinion, it is the best way to ease your career into the big game because they offer a true apprenticeship while you build instant credibility as a Fund Manager with much lower risk and a lot less hassles.I am in the process of reviewing one of these companies right now and I like what I see because they will even pay me for co-managing! 

My main career goals are to be a real estate broker and my niche be in investment properties for high end investors.

I've  met hundreds of career criminals who were masters of lying in person face to face.  

I'd hire a property mgmt company so you don't have to field the calls and you can cast a wider net for applicants.
