Do I keep my 12 units that I currently have and use the 375k to buy a bigger sized complex?

To some people that's more valuable than driving a car that isn't exactly what they want but has bigger savings.For what it's worth I rent my primary because the math is far cheaper.

Also, if someone sends a deposit or rent to the person who posted the ad, it's their own loss.

I signed up for Bigger Pockets Pro and calculated my numbers to see if they work out for me going forward or are they just bad deals.I am going to start looking at properties to buy this weekend and was wondering if anyone would like to take a look at a few reports I’ve done.  

Hi I'm new to the bigger pockets community and looking to meet people in San Diego who are experienced real estate investors.

Is it likely....probably not.I negotiated many times with hoa’s in short sales, but they were looking bigger losses if the bank foreclosed....depends on the situation.
