My name is Carlos and I am new to the state of Oregon.

While reviewing the landlord registration forms, I saw a remark stating that if the property owner does not live in the same county as the property location, the owner must choose an in-county representative to receive official documentation on their behalf.

As I need to register this business with the state and county, should I need to register LLC as "531110 - Lessors of residential buildings and dwellings" (NIACS code) or something else?

She stated she did this so that we report the full 36k 1099. 

There are plenty of REI in our state on the forums.

The affidavit was stating we had a contract.
