nails from carpet tack strips pebbles all need to come up the floor needs to be as clean as you can get it. tip three keep a level head. fix low spots with a  floor leveling product. which you basically mix and spread out on the floor. this works when you have low spots.

Yes, I am sick of thieves and I want to nail them with proof instead of chalking it up to a sunk cost.I am suspicious of a neighbor in a specific instance and would like some proof, but also would like a reliable system moving forward.I like the idea of the GPS devices, but it would be impossible to tag wiring and copper plumbing, which are the most common things stolen.

Or I have witnessed much higher negotiations between parties... some of these guys were just so brazen it was unreal.I was not mr popular If I wanted a property I bid what I would pay and disregarded the attempts to buy me off.Although there were many who showed up to the sales with NO intention of buying and just hoping for a payoff...I remember some guys in either NC or SC getting nailed by the feds about 07 or so.. 800k fine and not sure about jail.In my really early years in Oakland CA Alameda county..
