The money should arrive in the US recipient account same day unless your bank is inefficient.For a transfer cost should be between $20$ to $40 for an international wire is typical.You'd better have the money transferred from a USD account, a 3% of fx conversion fee would be typical for most banks I know, unless you call a personal banker and gets you the fx converted for 0.5%-1%.

My locations are ideal for hospital workers/visitors, International college students/families, vacationers/national park goers and are walkable to anything you might want.My cancellations only happen within seconds of booking confirmation (literally), or in the rare event a surgery/appointment is cancelled for a patient from outside the country(a time or two).

Based on my experience doing full internal cosmetic interior rehab ( kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint, fixtures, lighting, baseboards...etc) runs about $25-$40/sq ft(labor and material)...managing the various trades...and not moving walls or utilities, etc or doing anything crazy.
