That's still illegal.Over time the "food industry" will eat its way up the "food chain" and take over the processed product categories one by one too, and for the same reasons.At a moments notice, if the federal government decides to play rough, all they have to do is pass some legislation (or just threaten) to revoke the charter of any bank that accepts money from any pot related bussiness.

We ran rent on the lower end for $3,600 income (current tenant paying $1,200, average is $1,800) with expenses being about $2,400 (pulling out 8% each for vac/repair/capex/management as it's a large old building). 11.58% ROI, 12.67% cap rate, cash flowing $1,200/month if we rented all at the lower rents.

I do agree with @Anthony R. that you need to be sure to include enough in your budget for repairs and also Capital Expenditures (new roof, furnace, etc) I think @Ben Leybovich did a study a while back and found the average home in American needed about $250 in repairs per month if you really figure in everything that will eventually wear out (the entire home accept the foundation and framing).
